HMS Boxer was the first Batch 2, Type 22 Frigate to serve in the Royal Navy. She was commissioned into the service in 1983 and was decommissioned in 1999. During her career she was lead ship in the first frigate squadron. She was sunk by the Royal Navy in a live fire sinkex providing valuable data to help design future ships.
The kit is a 1/700th scale waterline kit of HMS Boxer containing 3D printed resin parts with photo etch and decal details and an assembly guide.
